Beyond our most frequently booked conference packages, we will coordinate all details with you and create an individual conference offer for you.

To ensure a smooth process, we ask for a coordination of your needs in the run-up of the conference. Please inform us about your requirements for

  • the technology, 
  • the rooms and the seating, side rooms, outdoor spaces (terrace, meadow, forest)
  • Time lapse
  • Restaurant services, break catering
  • Overnight stays
  • Contact persons, also on site
  • special wishes, for example for food
  • Payment

We recommend that you include the beautiful surroundings in your planning and take advantage of nature and our terrace.

  • Paper and pen in place
  • Break with hearty snacks, fruit, cookies and yogurt in the morning
  • Two-course lunch as a plate meal plus soft drink plus coffee
